Jeffrey Mills - Now who could that be? Let me try to explain!
I was born on the 14th of December in 1951, in the city of Akron, Summit County Ohio; growing up with my parents, Walter and Vivian Mills, in the town of Stow, Summit County, Ohio. Eventually, in 1955, a sister Stacey Ann joined us. Most everyone simply calls me Jeff.
After moving out on my own in the early 70's, and spending many years in the Akron area, I moved to Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio; from there, I took jobs on Long Island, New York for about 5-years and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for about 5 additional years before returning to Columbus, where I ultimately went into business for myself. I am now retired.
| I continue to reside in Ohio; in a small town in North Central Ohio, called Galion, with my partner, Greg. As one of my primary hobbies, I spend a lot of time working on, and researching my Family History & Genealogy (you can see the results of those efforts below).
I am very happy to have had, and continue to have, many good friends in my life!
Thanks everyone!

I am a firm believer in, and advocate of, Apple Computers, their designs, software, and technologies.
When I'm not working, I enjoy music, especially singing.

I graduated from Stow-Munroe Falls High School, home of the Bulldogs, in 1970. Our 40th Class Reunion was held in 2010, and it was a really good time.
I'm glad to have reconnected with, and connected for the first time with folks from High School once again!

For my genealogical research, I use Reunion, a great family tree software program produced by the folks at Leister Productions.
It is for Mac only - if you are a Mac user, I highly reccomend it!

Along with my genealogical research, I have catalogued the burials (up to the early-1980's) at the Locust Grove Cemetery in Twinsburg, Summit County, Ohio, by transcribing all of the grave markers still visible at the time I was there. You can see all of those inscriptions, and search them, below.
Just recently, I also catalogued the burials in a cemetery in Jackson Township, just outside of Galion, Crawford County, Ohio, called the Barnes-Talbott Cemetery. It's about 2 miles from my home, covers about 1.5-2 acres of land and looked forlorn and neglected as I frequently drove past it ... so I took it upon myself to document what remains of the cemetery today. I'll have the listing of those approximately 110 burials available here in the near future.
